Welcome to ASAHI INDIA TOURS! Please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding to book your tour package:

Booking Confirmation: Your tour booking will only be confirmed after receipt of full payment according to the package cost.

Pricing: All tour prices are in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, after payment, the price will remain unchanged.

Payment: We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer or other methods specified on our website. Please ensure that you provide accurate payment details when booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your tour booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

30 days or more before the departure date: 10% of the package price

15-29 days before the departure date: 25% of the package price

7-14 days before the departure date: 50% of the package price

Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the package price

Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergency, lost luggage, etc

Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, permits, etc. as required by the destination country. ASAHI INDIA TOURS is not responsible for any problems arising from the lack of proper documentation.

Health and medical requirements: Some tours may involve physical activity or require a certain level of fitness. It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate fully. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may pose a health risk to you or other participants.

Itinerary changes: While we do our best to stick to the proposed itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters or other factors beyond our control.

Accommodation: Accommodation is provided according to the package. If you have any particular room preferences, please let us know at the time of booking. However, room allocation is subject to hotel availability.

Code of Conduct: You are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any behavior that disrupts the harmony of the group or is contrary to local laws and customs may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Liability: ASAHI INDIA TOURS and its agents are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest or medical emergencies.

Jurisdiction: All disputes or claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [insert applicable jurisdiction].
